I am Sopheavatey Sorn, Director of Monitoring and Evaluation Department, Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Cambodia.
I have seen on international courses that you offered training course on "Statistical Methodology and Data Processing for Cambodia".
I would like to know if you offer this course to Cambodian officials every year or not.
Is it only focusing on Education sector or also applicable in Transportation sector?
We are really interested in participating in your course.
Thus, we would like to know if the courses that you provided to Cambodian in previous years were scholarship, international assistance on capacity building or paid course.
